Liverpool have sealed a new deal from Brighton after a tussle with Chelsea, hours before the start of the Premier League.
According to English press reports, Liverpool are close to resolving the deal of Moses Caicedo, star midfielder Brighton, after a strong competition with Chelsea.
Brighton star to Liverpool
The famous journalist Fabrizio Romano, that Liverpool made an official offer to Brighton, on Thursday evening, an offer that will be accepted.
Romano said on his official Twitter account that the value of Liverpool's offer to Brighton would break the record in Premier League deals.
According to Romano, Liverpool made Brighton an offer of £110 million, and if all goes successfully, Caicedo will be in the ranks of Liverpool, officially on Friday.

If Brighton accept Liverpool's offer, Caicedo will become the most expensive purchase in Premier League history.
